Shuttle Connection Policies
- 20% gratuity may be added to ANY long distance ride
- 24 hour notice for all airport reservations or an extra fee will be applied
- Any trips including airport runs, will include a $40 fee if made or extended between the hours of 2:00am - 6:00pm
- Not responsible for left or damaged items in vehicles
- Drivers do accept gratuities
- The Shuttle Connection shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our control. Including but not limited to road conditions, mechanical failures
- Car seats available by request
- Please have credit card ready when making a reservation
- All invoices not paid within 30 days are subject to a 1.5% per day late fee
Cancellation Policies
- The Shuttle Connection reserves the right to cancel any trip with appropriate notice. Parties involved shall not be charged.
- Reservations made and then cancelled before 24 hours will be subject to a charge of 20% of their reservation total
- 24 Hours - 5 hours notice before scheduled reservation will be charged 50% of their reservation total
- 5 hours notice and 'no shows' will be charged 100% of reservation total
